🔍 What does 08H mean?

When your scooter shows Error Code 08H, it indicates:

The system detects an abnormal throttle signal

In simple terms:
👉 The throttle signal is incorrect, and the scooter cannot recognize acceleration input


⚠️ Common Causes

1️⃣ Throttle not released (most common)

  • Throttle is pressed when powering on
    👉 System detects abnormal input

2️⃣ Throttle failure

  • Internal sensor issue
  • Damaged or stuck throttle

3️⃣ Cable connection issue

  • Loose throttle cable
  • Poor connection

4️⃣ Damaged cable

  • Internal wire break
  • Cable pulled or pinched

5️⃣ Moisture or water ingress

  • Causes signal instability

🛠️ Troubleshooting Steps

✅ Step 1: Check throttle position

  • Make sure the throttle is fully released
  • Do NOT press the throttle when turning on

👉 Restart and test


✅ Step 2: Test throttle movement

  • Rotate or press the throttle gently
  • Check for smooth movement and proper return

✅ Step 3: Check cable connection

  • Inspect throttle cable
  • Unplug and reconnect securely

✅ Step 4: Inspect the cable

Check for:

  • Damage
  • Pinching
  • Loose connectors

✅ Step 5: Check for moisture

  • Was it used in rain?
  • Any moisture around connectors?

⚠️ Common Misjudgment (Important)

👉 Before assuming a defect, check:

  • Was the throttle pressed during startup?
  • Is the throttle not fully returning?
  • Did this happen right after delivery or assembly?

👉 Many cases are not hardware failures, but protection triggers


📹 Information Required (if issue persists)

  • A video showing the 08H error
  • A video of throttle operation
  • Photos of cable connections
  • Order number + Frame number (right side of the footboard)
