🔍 What does 01H mean?

When your scooter shows Error Code 01H, it indicates:

A phase loss in the motor (one of the phase currents is not working properly)

In simple terms:
👉 One of the motor phase wires is not functioning, causing abnormal performance


⚠️ Common Symptoms

  • Motor shaking or stuttering
  • Motor makes noise but does not spin
  • Weak power output
  • Only one motor works (for dual-motor scooters)

⚠️ Common Causes

1️⃣ Motor phase cable connection issue (most common)

  • Cable not fully connected
  • Loose connector

2️⃣ Damaged phase cable

  • Internal wire break
  • Cable pinched or pulled

3️⃣ Burnt or oxidized connectors

  • Connector discoloration
  • Overheating marks

4️⃣ Internal motor issue

  • Damaged windings
  • Internal connection failure

5️⃣ Controller issue (rare)

  • Cannot output proper three-phase current

🛠️ Troubleshooting Steps

✅ Step 1: Restart the scooter

  • Turn off the scooter
  • Wait 10 seconds and restart

✅ Step 2: Check motor cable connection

  • Locate motor-to-controller connection
  • Unplug and reconnect securely

👉 Make sure wire colors match correctly


✅ Step 3: Inspect the cable

Check for:

  • Damage
  • Pinching
  • Burn marks

✅ Step 4: Inspect connectors

  • Check if connectors are loose
  • Look for oxidation or burn marks

✅ Step 5: Identify the issue

👉 If it works after reconnecting
→ Likely a loose connection

👉 If symptoms persist
→ Most likely:

  • Motor issue (common)
  • Or controller issue

  • Clear photos of motor cable connections
  • Order number + Frame number (right side of the footboard)
