🔍 What does 01H mean?
When your scooter shows Error Code 01H, it indicates:
A phase loss in the motor (one of the phase currents is not working properly)
In simple terms:
👉 One of the motor phase wires is not functioning, causing abnormal performance
⚠️ Common Symptoms
- Motor shaking or stuttering
- Motor makes noise but does not spin
- Weak power output
- Only one motor works (for dual-motor scooters)
⚠️ Common Causes
1️⃣ Motor phase cable connection issue (most common)
- Cable not fully connected
- Loose connector
2️⃣ Damaged phase cable
- Internal wire break
- Cable pinched or pulled
3️⃣ Burnt or oxidized connectors
- Connector discoloration
- Overheating marks
4️⃣ Internal motor issue
- Damaged windings
- Internal connection failure
5️⃣ Controller issue (rare)
- Cannot output proper three-phase current
🛠️ Troubleshooting Steps
✅ Step 1: Restart the scooter
- Turn off the scooter
- Wait 10 seconds and restart
✅ Step 2: Check motor cable connection
- Locate motor-to-controller connection
- Unplug and reconnect securely
👉 Make sure wire colors match correctly
✅ Step 3: Inspect the cable
Check for:
- Damage
- Pinching
- Burn marks
✅ Step 4: Inspect connectors
- Check if connectors are loose
- Look for oxidation or burn marks
