🔍 What does 02H mean?

When your scooter shows Error Code 02H, it indicates:

A fault in the motor hall sensor signal

In simple terms:
👉 The controller cannot properly detect the motor rotation, affecting power output or startup

⚠️ Common Causes

1️⃣ Motor hall sensor failure (common)

• Damaged hall sensor
• Internal signal issue

2️⃣ Motor cable issue

• Loose hall signal wire
• Poor connector contact

3️⃣ Damaged cable

• Internal wire break
• Cable pinched or pulled

4️⃣ Moisture or water ingress

• Motor or connectors affected by moisture

5️⃣ Controller issue (rare)

• Unable to read hall sensor signals

🛠️ Troubleshooting Steps

✅ Step 1: Restart the scooter

• Turn off the scooter
• Wait 10 seconds and restart

✅ Step 2: Check motor cable connection

• Inspect motor-to-controller connection
• Ensure it is fully plugged in

👉 Make sure left/right motor cables are not swapped

✅ Step 3: Inspect the cable

Check for:

• Damage
• Pinching
• Sharp bends

✅ Step 4: Check for moisture

• Was it used in rain or water?
• Any moisture in connectors?

👉 Dry completely before testing

✅ Step 5: Identify the issue

👉 If it works after reconnecting
→ Likely a loose connection
