🔍 What does 10H mean?
When your scooter shows Error Code 10H, it indicates:
The battery voltage is too low, and the system has activated protection mode
In simple terms:
👉 The battery level is too low, so the scooter limits or stops operation to protect the battery
⚠️ Common Causes
1️⃣ Low battery (most common)
- Battery drained after riding
- Not charged in time
2️⃣ Low temperature
- Cold weather can reduce battery voltage
👉 Even if battery appears not empty
3️⃣ Long-term storage
- Natural battery discharge
- Not used for a long time
4️⃣ Battery aging
- Reduced capacity over time
- Unstable voltage
5️⃣ Battery or connection issue (rare)
- Battery connection problem
- Controller detection issue
🛠️ Troubleshooting Steps
✅ Step 1: Charge the scooter
- Use the original charger
- Plug in and check charging status
👉 Fully charge before testing
✅ Step 2: Check charging status
- Charger indicator light:
- Red = Charging
- Green = Fully charged / Not charging
👉 If always green, try another outlet or check the port
✅ Step 3: Check temperature
- Were you using it in cold weather?
👉 Test again at room temperature
✅ Step 4: Restart after charging
- Turn on after full charge
- Check if error disappears
