10 H Error CodeUpdated 6 days ago

🔍 What does 10H mean?

When your scooter shows Error Code 10H, it indicates:

The battery voltage is too low, and the system has activated protection mode

In simple terms:
👉 The battery level is too low, so the scooter limits or stops operation to protect the battery

⚠️ Common Causes

1️⃣ Low battery (most common)

  • Battery drained after riding
  • Not charged in time

2️⃣ Low temperature

  • Cold weather can reduce battery voltage
👉 Even if battery appears not empty

3️⃣ Long-term storage

  • Natural battery discharge
  • Not used for a long time

4️⃣ Battery aging

  • Reduced capacity over time
  • Unstable voltage

5️⃣ Battery or connection issue (rare)

  • Battery connection problem
  • Controller detection issue

🛠️ Troubleshooting Steps

✅ Step 1: Charge the scooter

  • Use the original charger
  • Plug in and check charging status

👉 Fully charge before testing

✅ Step 2: Check charging status

  • Charger indicator light:
    • Red = Charging
    • Green = Fully charged / Not charging

👉 If always green, try another outlet or check the port

✅ Step 3: Check temperature

  • Were you using it in cold weather?
👉 Test again at room temperature

✅ Step 4: Restart after charging

  • Turn on after full charge
  • Check if error disappears
