🔍 What does 20H mean?

When your scooter shows Error Code 20H, it indicates:

A controller fault or a communication issue (controller not receiving data from the display)

In simple terms:
👉 The controller is malfunctioning or not receiving signals properly

⚠️ Common Causes

1️⃣ Controller failure (most common)

• Internal component issue
• Damage caused by overload or overheating

2️⃣ Communication issue

• Controller not receiving display data
• Signal interruption

3️⃣ Cable connection issue

• Loose main cable
• Poor connector contact

4️⃣ Damaged cable

• Internal wire break
• Cable pinched or pulled

5️⃣ Moisture or water ingress

• May cause short circuit or abnormal behavior

🛠️ Troubleshooting Steps

✅ Step 1: Restart the scooter

• Turn off the scooter
• Wait 10 seconds and restart

✅ Step 2: Check cable connections

• Inspect the connection between display and controller
• Unplug and reconnect securely

Check for:

• Damage
