Why won’t my dashboard turn on?Updated 4 days ago

Our dashboards equipped with NFC are designed to conserve battery power. When the scooter is in standby for up to three days, or after the battery is disconnected, the dashboard may enter a deep sleep mode automatically.

Important Notes:

• In deep sleep mode, tapping the NFC card will not turn on the dashboard.
• To wake the dashboard from deep sleep, you must press and hold the power button until it powers on.

This feature ensures optimal battery preservation but requires manual power-on after extended standby or battery disconnection.
